Many of my couples who are being married prefer to have a sunset ceremony on Siesta Key.  Siesta is the most beautiful beach in the world for a wedding, according to many, with its very white, powder like sand.  Sometimes, when the sun sets, there is a green flash which delights everyone present. A green flash, which occurs at sunset, is a phenomenon in which part of the sun may be observed suddenly and briefly changing color.  It usually lasts only a second or two– which is why it is referred to as a flash.
